Product prices can vary based on multiple factors, including materials and order size. Final selling prices are confirmed only through signed quotations. Please note that requesting samples, including custom samples, may incur additional charges.

We accept bank transfer - EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Prices are primarily quoted in AUD. If you wish to pay in another currency, such as USD, please inform us before requesting a quote. A 50% deposit is required before we begin the draft design process. The remaining balance must be settled prior to delivery. Payments are considered received only after the funds have successfully transferred to our company accounts. Please note that late payments may result in delayed processing of your order.

You may email us your files. For large files, you can use sendspace.com. This service allows you to upload large files and share the download link with us. Simply follow their instructions to upload your files and provide us with the download link. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance.

• Size: Artwork must be created at actual size (1:1 scale).
• Resolution: Minimum of 300 dpi.
• Colour Mode: All artworks must be in CMYK. We will convert RGB or Spot colours to CMYK without notice, and we do not offer reprints or refunds for colour discrepancies.
• Colour Coverage: CMYK colours should not be below 5%.
• Bleed: Minimum 3mm bleed and crop lines are required.

We accept the following file formats:

• Artwork: AI, PDF, PS, CDR
• Text Confirmation: MS Word, PDF files, or text in emails.

• Printing will reflect the confirmed graphic design. We are not liable for text errors after confirmation.
• A colour deviation of 10-15% is acceptable; we do not provide reprints or refunds for colour differences.
• Verbal confirmations are not considered official.
• We do not provide storage services for goods.
• Changes to the graphic design after confirmation may incur additional charges.

• Silk-Screen Printing: Acceptable spot area deviation is 1-2mm. Gradients cannot be printed, and light colours on dark surfaces may appear inconsistent.
• Embroidery: Thread colours may differ from the confirmed graphic layout, and final shapes may vary slightly.
• Sublimation Transfer Printing: High temperatures may lead to larger colour variations.
• Offset Printing: Requires a larger minimum order quantity.
• Foil Stamping: Acceptable deviation is 1-2mm; please specify any colour requests with a minimum printable line width.
• Digital and Laser Printing: Acceptable deviation is 1-2mm; results may vary based on material.

• Colour Variation: Actual product colours may differ from those displayed on screens.
• Size Representation: Sizes in images may not reflect actual dimensions.
• Safety Requirements: We do not guarantee compliance with all safety regulations in every country. Customers should check their local regulations regarding product safety and can request product samples for safety evaluation. If safety certificates are needed, please inform us; associated testing costs will be borne by the customer.

Production lead time begins after the official quotation is confirmed, the deposit is paid, and the graphic design is approved by the customer. Lead time may vary based on order quantities and logistics. We will provide estimated time frames to help manage your expectations.

Customers must inform us of any products that may involve patents, trademarks, or copyright issues. You must possess the rights to use such content and bear all responsibility for any misuse. Examples of infringement include unauthorized use of logos or artwork. We reserve the right to seek damages for any intellectual property infringements.
